Cancellation & Refund Policy

Léo Langue Institut sells individual sessions and fixed-term coaching programs. Every program agreement states the start date, the end date, the normal lesson schedule, the total tax-inclusive price and the exact date each instalment falls due. This page explains how cancellation works.

1. Cancelling a program

You may cancel your program at any time, for any reason, online. No login, phone call or reason is required. Your cancellation takes effect the moment you submit it, and you receive a reference number on screen and by email.

• Before instruction begins: no charge applies, and any amount already paid is returned to you.
• After instruction begins: the amount payable is determined according to Québec consumer-protection law, based on the instruction already provided under your agreement. Instalments not yet due are cancelled.

We will confirm your cancellation in writing and send you a statement of any amount owed or refunded.

2. Individual sessions

A single session is paid for at the time of booking at CAD $35 + applicable taxes per instructional hour. If you cancel a session before it takes place, you may reschedule it or ask for the amount paid to be returned. You can cancel a session with the same online form.

3. Rescheduling a lesson

• More than 24 hours' notice: the lesson is rescheduled within your program term at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: we will try to reschedule the lesson within your program term; how a missed lesson is treated is set out in your agreement.
• If we cancel a lesson: it is rescheduled at a time that suits you, at no charge, and your program term is extended if needed.

4. If we cannot deliver your program

If we are unable to deliver the instruction described in your agreement, we will either agree a revised schedule with you in writing or cancel the remainder of the program and return any amount paid for instruction not provided.
